| 摘 要： | 美国、日本、欧盟是我国农产品出口的主要市场，同时，也是使我国农产品出口遭受绿色壁垒最严重的国家和地区。比较这三个国家和地区实施的绿色壁垒措施，找出它们各自实施绿色壁垒的重点措施及相应的特点，是我国有针对性地提高出口产品质量、突破对方绿色壁垒的有效途径。

| Abstract: | European Union, U.S.A. and Japan are not only main exporting markets for China farm product but also areas where restriction from the green trade berrier is most serious to China. The effective way to solve the problem, by comparing the green trade berrier imposed by the countries, is to find out the majore measures and its feature existing among the countries and region respectively, to improve aimly the quality of the exported goods and break up the berrier. |
