| 摘 要： | 在法律上对传统工艺美术及相邻客体区分保护 ,是修订《著作权法》和制定民间文学艺术保护办法不能回避的问题。传统工艺美术是一各特殊的无形财产 ,其丰富的知识内涵是其他相邻客体无法比拟的 ,目前立法上对它的保护必须得到全面理解。

| Abstract: | To differentiate and protect the traditional arts and crafts and their related art forms is an important issue in revising Copyright Law and making the law to protect folk arts.Traditional arts and crafts are a kind of special incorporeal property whose cultural connotation is more profound than that of any of their related art forms.The legislation for their protection at present requires a all sided comprehension of their artistic value. |
