| 摘 要： | 政治民主化是当今世界政治发展的一种新趋向,美国等西方国家试图借机向发展中国家输出西方民主。发展中国家或新兴大国在政治民主化大潮前应坚持民主的民族性,这对维护这些国家的主权与安全是必要的;但在坚持民主的民族性同时,应该注意到民主的开放性。在民主政治的建设上将民主的民族性与民主的开放性结合起来,使民主建设朝着更为健康的方向发展。
