| 摘 要： | 辽宁城镇发展具有资源型城市比重大、区域发展能力增强,但区域经济发展不平衡、生态环境建设能力增强、经济增长动力来自城市等特点。随着城市化进程的加快,粗放型经济增长模式对资源的消耗、沿海重化工业为主的布局对环境带来的压力、二元体制带来的城乡差距扩大等成为制约辽宁城镇可持续发展的因素。因此,要调整与优化产业结构,统筹城乡发展,建立多元化城市环保投资体系,促进辽宁城镇可持续发展。

| Abstract: | There are some cities and towns in Liaoning Province with rich resources, strong development strength, and improved capacity in ecological environment building, but the local economic development is not balanced, and the main economic growth lies in cities.Some factors restrain the sustainable development of cities and towns in Liaoning Province, such as the accelerating trend in urbanization, the rapid consumption of resources, pollution caused by the seaside cities, and the differences between cities and rural area caused by the hi-polar system.To promote the sustainable development of cities and towns in Liaoning Province, it is important to adjust and optimize industrial structure, to balance the development of both cities and rural areas, and to build multi-polar system for environmental protection. |
