| 摘 要： | 满铁成立时 ,日本政府确立了以大连为中心发展满铁事业的“大连中心主义”的方针政策 ,其根本原因是日本侵略东北和推行“大陆政策”的需求。“大连中心主义”的实施 ,提高了南满铁路和大连港的竞争能力 ,实现了满铁垄断性质的经营。满铁的高额利润是经济掠夺的结果 ,从而造成中国人民的日益贫困

| Abstract: | The Japanese Government established the Dalian Centered Theory, in which they put Dalian in the hub of Northeast China, to develop the railway facilities when the Northeast Railway was set up. The essential motivation was to meet the need of Japanese's invading to Northeast China and carrying out the Continental policy. The practice of Dalian Centered Theory not only raised the competitive capability of the Northeast Railway and the Port of Dalian but also realized its monopoly operation of the Northeast railway. The high profit of Northeast Railway was the result of economic robbery. Therefore, it made Chinese poorer and poorer since then. |
