高职院校人文课程体系设置研究

摘    要:"高素质技能型人才"的目标,决定了高职院校的人才培养,既要注重专业技术教育,也要重视人文素质教育。以目标模式课程论设计其人文课程体系,首先应确立课程设置的理念和目标,其次选择与组织兼具普适性与学校个性的显性课程和隐形课程,并建立与学分制相适应的动态开放的课程评价体系。高职院校人文课程体系只有在观念、机制与措施的保障下,才能真正实施。
