| 摘 要： | 公众日常消费的低碳化是发展低碳经济和建设低碳社会的重要支点。地处京津之间的廊坊市具有了发展低碳消费的良好外部条件,公众认可低碳观念,也对低碳消费持积极态度,但低碳消费行为却明显不足。因此,可通过比较其他国家公众低碳消费的实践进而提出建构廊坊市公众低碳消费模式的途径。

| Abstract: | Low carbon daily consumption of the public is an important point to develop a low carbon economy and build a low carbon society.Langfang is a city located between Beijing and Tianjin.It has good external conditions to practise low carbon consumption.The public recognize low carbon ideas,and have a positive attitude towards low carbon consumption.But low carbon consumer behavior is obviously inadequate.Therefore,the way of building low carbon consumption pattern of Langfang City can be proposed by comparison with other countries＇ practice of low carbon public consumption. |
