| 摘 要： | 在对河北广播电视大学高职会计专业学生职业生涯规划及教学现状调查的基础上,发现目前电大高职类会计专业教学存在职业生涯规划指导不到位、专业课程设置不全面、考核模式单一等问题。为此,需要通过加强会计专业学生职业生涯规划与指导,修订会计专业培养方案,加强＂双师型＂教师队伍建设,不断深化教学改革等渠道以完善会计专业教学体系,从而达到职业技能型人才培养目标。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of the career planning and present teaching situation of the accounting major students in the higher vocational college of Hebei Radio TV University,the following problems are found existing in the present professional teaching： lack of guidance in career planning,short of professional courses and limited to single evaluation model.Therefore,we need to emphasize the career planning of accounting,amend the training program,develop ＂dual-qualification teacher＂ team,and continuously intensify the teaching reform to complete the accounting teaching system,so as to reaching the vocational and technical training objective. |
