| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育是发展区域经济的重要因素，而高职师资队伍建设是提高教学质量的关键环节，也是推动高职教育未来发展的基础力量。高职院校的培养目标和教学特点，使得其要求专业教师在师德、知识水平和专业技能等方面都具有较高素质，但是目前高职师资团队发展明显滞后，正在成为制约高职教育发展的因素之一。因此，高职师资建设应当围绕高职教师必备素质，立足现有环境条件，放眼长远发展，有计划有层次地逐步推进。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education is an important factor in the development of the regional econo- my. The teaching staff construction in higher vocational institutions has been the key to improve the teach- ing quality. And it is also the significant power to promote the development of vocational education. In vo- cational colleges, their training objectives and teaching features require the teachers for higher qualities in morality, knowledge and professional skills. However, the slow development of its teaching staff has be- come one of the factors restricting the development of vocational education. Therefore, based on the exist- ing conditions, the teaching staff construction needs to enhance the vocational teachers＇ essential qualities from a long-term development plan and advance step by step. |
