| 摘 要： | 法律职业者由于其职业的特殊性决定了其应当具备相应的并且相对更高要求的职业素养。这种职业素养既包含一般意义上与法律相关的基本素养,又包括专门意义上的针对特定人员的特有职业素养,且后者是法律职业素养的核心。实现依法治国方略必须重视对法律职业素养的培养,尤其是对法律职业人员特有素养的培养,其培养途径也应不断探索多种方式并举。

| Abstract: | The legal professionals,determined and required by the specificity of their career,should have the corresponding and relatively higher professional qualities,which not only includes the usual essential qualities related to law but also those special qualities to legal professionals and the latter is the core to the required career qualities.It must attach great importance to the culture of legal professionalism,especially the special qualities,to realize the strategy of rule by law.Multiple ways should be explored in the development of their career qualities. |
