| 摘 要： | 调查表明,当前大学生在职业适应性的发展方面有比较明确的择业意识和面对竞争的心理准备,但同时也存在着择业意识的形成相对滞后、职业适应水平偏低等问题。针对存在的问题,应进一步转变观念,提高对职业适应能力培养工作重要意义的认识;切实改进就业指导工作,使之实现全程化、全员化和全面化;以增强学生职业适应性为依据的深化教育教学改革,加强社会实践环节,增强学生的社会适应能力。

| Abstract: | The investigation showed that students had clear conscious of job selection and preparation of competition. But their ideas of job selection and vocational adaptation were comparatively lag behind. Some practical proposals of training students' vocational adaptation and employment abilities including changing of ideas, understanding the significance of vocational training and strengthening students' social practice linkage were put forward. |
