| 摘 要： | 当前，中国正由补缺型的福利社会向普惠型的福祉社会转型，以老年产业为首的中国福祉事业迅速发展，但专业技能型人才稀缺。文章从社会对福祉人才的需求、国内福祉人才培养现状、地域养老产业现状、办学因素等角度出发，以南通职业大学为例，系统论述了高职院校开设福祉专业的可行性。

| Abstract: | China is at present turning to a society with universal welfare from one with residual welfare. Chinese welfare leaded by old-age industry is developing rapidly but lack professional and skilled talents. The article taking Nantong Vocation Colleges as an example and systematically discusses the feasibility of opening the welfare major in vocational colleges in view of social needs of welfare talents, the present situation of domestic talent cultivation, the current status of regional old-age industries and the factors in school running. |
