| 摘 要： | 在我国对外贸易中有一个问题我们必须重视，即货物的风险转移问题。对于这一问题世界各国法律、国际公约、国际惯例和我国《合同法》都有所规定，但又存在区别。《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》是在国际间使用最广泛关于货物买卖的公约。本通过我国《合同法》中关于货物风险转移的有关规定与《公约》中的相关规定简单的比较，对我国对外贸易中货物风险转移问题作了分析与探讨。

| Abstract: | In foreign trade, we must attach great importance to one matter: risks tramsference of car-gos. This has been stipulated in the laws of each country: Chinese Contract Law , international treaty and international custom, but there exist some differences in different ways. In fact, United Nation' s International Merchandise Sales Contract Treaty is most widely used in the world. This paper puts forward some analysis and inquiry into the risks transference of cargo, having compared Chinese stipulation of risks transference of cargo with the relevant stipulation in United Nations International Merchandise Sales Contract Treaty. |
