高职航海专业校企合作模式探析

摘    要:校企深度融合、产学研有机结合.是高职院校教学改革的必由之路。文章分析了目前高职院校校企合作的现状和困难,针对高职航海专业人才培养的需求,提出了以订单式培养、顶岗实习和毕业生返校进修平台为主要方式,通过“实验实训”教学体系的构建和“双师型”教学团队的建设,确保校企合作关系长期深入的可持续发展。

Abstract:Thorough cooperation with integrated production and teaching, between academy and enterprises, is an essential way of academy teaching innovation. To cultivate high-skilled talents, academies should focus on market and students' internship to provide a platform for graduates to return to campus for training. To keep a sustainable cooperative relationship between them, academies could establish an experimental and practical teaching system as well as a staff team of double-skilled teachers.
