| 摘 要： | 加强高职院校的职业指导是促进毕业生顺利就业、实现高职教育服务经济社会发展功能的有效途径,有利于引导学生确立适度的职业期望值、提高学生求职竞争力与社会适应力。文章在高职职业指导特点和功能分析的基础上,对高职院校职业指导的对策进行了思考。

| Abstract: | To help students get a job in the future,it's a powerful countermeasure for higher vocational institutions to give the students professional guidance.This is also an effective approach to serve the social economy,and it helps students to establish a suitable job expectation and enhance the student's competitiveness and social adaptability.Based on the analysis of the features and function of higher vocational profession guidance,this paper puts forward some countermeasures. |
