| 摘 要： | 我国社会正处于“经济体制深刻变革，社会结构深刻变动，利益格局深刻调整，思想观念深刻变化”的特殊历史时期，与此同时，各级各类社团组织得到迅猛的发展。如何开展社团组织党建工作，是既具挑战性又具前瞻性的研究性课题。当前，社团组织党建工作的必要性、特殊性和前瞻性尤其值得关注。
