| 摘 要： | 高校录取考生不报到入学，不仅影响国家招生和培养人才任务的完成与落实，侵害了部分考生的升学权益，而且严重影响了高校的教学秩序及办学效益。要解决这一问题，必须通过加大宣传力度，提高认识，减少填报志愿的盲目性，对违规考生绳之以纪等办法，方可收到实效。

| Abstract: | The low registration rate of students who are enrolled in higher institutions has not only influ-enced the fulfillment of state enrollment plan and personnel cultivation plan,and infringed the rights of oth-er students,but disorders the teaching and lower the efficiency of education of higher institutions as well.To solve the problem,we should give publicity to the awareness of a reasonable choice and take countermea-sures to punish those who violate the stipulation. |
