| 摘 要： | 当科技创新和知识创新成为新世纪经济和社会发展的主导力量的时候，作为高校学报的编辑，更应该改善自己的知识结构,怕学识养素和思维创新能力，要打破旧有的思维习惯，建立现代的思维方式，实现思维的现代化，这对于反映高校学术成果的高校学报编辑，就具有更加深远的意义。

| Abstract: | Now that knowledge innovation and scientific and technological innovation have become the leading force in the development of economy and society in the new century, editors of academic journals in universities should improve their own intelligence structure, raise their level of knowledge and creative abilities. What's more, they should break away from their old modes of thinking and establish modernized ones so as to realize the modernization of thinking. All these have profound significance in the editorial work of academic journals which represents the scholarly attainments of their universities. |
