| 摘 要： | 面对信息化给中国的世情、国情、党情和社情带来的深刻变化,中国共产党必须系统梳理和考量信息化对党的组织建设所产生的积极影响和消极影响,把信息网络技术作为重要依托资源和技术保障,应用于党的组织建设,从党建网站、信息管理、队伍建设、支部建设、教育管理、组织生活、奖惩机制和监督检查等方面,探索党的组织建设新路径和新模式,是提高党的组织建设的信息化水平和科学化水平的必由之路.

| Abstract: | Facing the profound changes brought by the development of informatization to China’s situation,national condition,party and social conditions,the CPC must comb and consider the positive influence and negative influence of the development of informatization on the party’s organization construction,apply the information network technology as an important support resource and technical support to the party’s organization construction.From the party website,information management,team building,party branch construction,education management,organization life,incentive mechanism and supervision and so on,exploring the new path and new pattern of the party’s organization construction,which will be the only way to improve the informatization level and the scientific level of the party’s organization construction. |
