| 摘 要： | 利益均衡是社会和谐运转的内在动因。利益均衡的内在要求有三:利益导向明确、利益行为规范和利益成果共享。针对当前社会中一系列利益矛盾,构建和谐社会利益均衡有四条基本途径:以人为本、树立科学发展观;把发展作为党执政兴国的第一要务,确保社会大多数成员享受发展带来的成果;正确处理公平与效率的矛盾,健全社会利益分配、平衡和补偿机制;扩大积极有序政治参与、规范各社会阶层的利益诉求渠道。

| Abstract: | The benefits well balanced is inner reason of the social harmonious operation.The internality of the benefits well balanced requests to have three aspects:the benefits direction is explicit,the benefits behavior norm and the benefits result share.Aiming at the current society in a series of benefits contradiction,this paper points out to set up harmonious four basic paths of the social benefits well balanced: Making people first,setting up science development view;Be the party to the development to govern to make a country strong the first important affair,insures social most memberses to enjoy the result that development brings; The exactitude handles the antinomy of the equity and efficiency,compensating the mechanism of social benefits allotment,benefits balance;The extension has the preface politics to participate actively,the benefits claim outlet that each society of norm is hierarchical. |
