| 摘 要： | 创建服务型政府是我国政府改革的一种趋势,是我国行政管理体制改革和政府职能转换的目标选择.创建服务型政府离不开中国共产党的支持和引导,这表现在,创建服务型政府是中国共产党"立党为公、执政为民"理念在执政活动中的反映;服务型政府的创建需要党改进执政方式、完善执政体制、规范党政关系;党的科学执政、民主执政、依法执政的原则和要求,有助于推进服务型政府的创建.

| Abstract: | To create service government is a trend of our government reform,and it is also the goal of our administration system reform and the governmental function change.To create service government need CCP's supporting and guiding,which displays to create service government that is the reflect of CCP's idea of founding the party for the people and being in power for the people.Creating service government which need the improving Party's ruling way,consummating the ruling system and party and administration relationship,the principle of the Party's science ruling and democratic ruling and ruling by law can promo the service government creating. |
