| 摘 要： | 生产力是一个复杂的自组织系统，内含的劳动、劳动资料、劳动对象、科学技术和劳动方式等五项要素之间有多层面的互依存、互作用、互规定、互涵化的自变、因变关系，构成生产力内在的辩证运动。代表先进生产力的发展要求，必须对其自组织给予技术关系和结构一功能的具体把握与自觉安排。

| Abstract: | Productivity is a complex system which organizes by itself. It includes laborer, means of labor, subject of labor, science and technology, work way etc, and the five key elements have multiple relaionship which depend on, act on, stipulate and contain each other, forming the dialectical sport inside productivity. Representing development demand of advanced productivity must carry on and arrange in the aspects of technological relation and structure-function of productivity's system of organizing by itself. |
