| 摘 要： | 区域经济协调发展问题,是一个国家的重大经济问题乃至政治问题.中共一贯重视这一问题,并依据各个时期的国际环境和国内社会历史条件,对区域经济协调发展作了有益探索并提出了相应时期的区域经济发展思想.其大致轮廓是:充分利用沿海,实现均衡布局——建国初到改革开放前中共对区域经济协调发展的探索;优先发展沿海,实现共同富裕——1978年到1992年中共对区域经济协调发展的探索;坚持协调发展,缩小地区差距——1992年后中共对区域经济协调发展的探索.中共对区域经济协调发展的探索过程是党对区域经济发展规律认识水平不断提高的过程.其探索经验可总结为:一是在生产力布局、资源配置、发展重点,政策步骤等战略确定上要精心研究、实事求是、科学统筹.二是必须处理好公平与效率的关系.三是必须处理好计划和市场的关系.四是要把社会全面发展放在重要地位,实现经济与社会相互协调和可持续发展.五是要加强制度建设.
