| Abstract: | This article lays emphasis on elaborating the ma in content of Deng Xiao ping's theory of constructing grass roots organizat ions (GRO) of the CPC: the social position and function of GRO of the CPC, the great significance of constructing GRO of the CPC, the primary measures to c onstruct GRO of the CPC , and ways to educate and supervise the party members. This paper has also briefly expounded the new development of the theory. |
