| 摘 要： | 从收入来源、赡养、日常生活、健康、生活照料、家庭关系、心理感受、生活满意度和承受力等状况的调查结果来看，当前城市特困老年人的生活状况总体上不容乐观。为此，必须寻求切实可行的社会支持对策：尽快建立合理有效的最低生活保障机制；逐步探索与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的城市养老保障体系；积极构建有中国特色的城市老年生活照料体系；充分发挥城市家庭的养老功能

| Abstract: | Based on the least investigation into the source of income,family support,daily life,health,lifecare,family relationship,satisfaction with life,innerfeelings and capacities of dealing with external stimulus of the aged poverty-stricken citizens,we find that their overall living condition is still rather bad.So we should take practical and effective measures in social support to establish quickly a reasonable and effective system of the lowest life insurance,and to probe gradually a system of insurance providing for the aged citizens to match the mechanism of the market-oriented socialist economy,and to take vigorous actions to construct a lifecare system with Chinese characteristics for the aged citizens,and to try to bring the function of urban family support into its full play. |
