职业院校融合性职业素养培养探析

摘    要:职业素养是个体职业生涯发展的基础,分为显性素养和隐性素养2个部分。当前职业教育人才培养过程中存在重视显性素养,轻视隐性素养的现象,这不利于个体的长期职业生涯发展。构建职业素养融合培养新模式,改变落后的职业教育理念,有利于大学生综合素养的提升,符合后现代主义职业教育的特点,也符合新时代对职业院校人才培养的要求。

Abstract:Professional literacy is the basis of individual career development,which is divided into two parts:explicit literacy and recessive literacy.At present,in the process of vocational education personnel training,there exists the phenomenon of attaching importance to explicit literacy while ignoring implicit literacy,which is not conducive to the long-term career development of individuals.Constructing a new mode of vocational literacy integration and cultivating and changing the backward concept of vocational education are conducive to the improvement of college students’comprehensive literacy.The new mode is not only in line with the characteristics of post-modernist vocational education,but also the requirements of vocational colleges in the new era for talent training.
