| 摘 要： | 随着高职院校不断扩招和高等教育的大众化发展,高职院校毕业大学生数量急剧增多,学生的就业问题已成为重要的社会问题。从高职大学生就业现状入手,在系统分析高职大学生就业基本形势和就业情况的基础上,结合具体的影响因素进行探究,并结合高职院校的特色,提出高职大学生就业促进策略,力求提高学生就业成功率,为我国社会建设做出贡献。

| Abstract: | With the continuous enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges and the popularization of higher education,the number of graduates of higher vocational colleges has increased dramatically,and the students’employment has become an important social problem.Starting from the employment status of higher vocational students,based on the systematic analysis of the basic employment situation of higher vocational students,combined with the specific influencing factors and the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the employment improvement strategies for higher vocational students,so as to improve the success rate of students’employment and make contribution to the social construction of our country. |
