| 摘 要： | 分析了形状较复杂、精度要求较高、模具设计制造困难的小型复杂塑料零件的结构，对塑件成型工艺、浇注系统、成型零件结构及抽芯机构等的设计进行了研究和探讨，在实际应用中对小型复杂塑件注塑模的设计有一定参考价值。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the structure of small plastic parts with complex structure and shape,which require higher accuracy and have difficulties in mold designing,and discusses the characteristics of plastic molding,the component gating system,the structure of molding parts and the core pulling mechanism,which provides certain reference to the designing of injection molding of small plastic parts with complex structure in practice. |
