| 摘 要： | 为进一步探讨数字化阶段的职业教育改革,在充分调研的基础上,明确数字化的定义,提炼产业数字化的6个典型特点:生产方式从供给推动转向需求拉动;企业发力柔性制造技术;技术密集型企业占比渐增;机器人在多领域广泛应用;企业组织方式转向扁平化管理;数字技术推动企业内外协同合作,并从3个方面分析产业数字化对职业教育提出的新要求。

| Abstract: | In order to further explore the reform of Vocational Education in the digital stage,on the basis of full investigation and research,the definition of digitalization is made clear,and six typical characteristics of industrial digitalization are abstracted: production mode changes from supply driven to demand driven;enterprises develop flexible manufacturing technology;the proportion of technology intensive enterprises is increasing;robots are widely used in many fields;enterprise organization mode changes to flat management,digital technology promotes the cooperation between the inside and outside of enterprises,and analyzes the new requirements of industrial Digitalization for vocational education from three aspects. |
