| 摘 要： | 高职学院实践教学过程中，存在着认识上的偏差、设备设施欠缺、双师型师资缺乏、管理不够规范和实训教材匮乏等问题，这在很大程度上影响了实践教学的应有效果。针对这些问题，提出端正思想，强化考核效果、加大监督管理和表彰激励、建立和完善实践教学评价体系等措施，促进实践教学质量的不断提高，为社会培养更多的高技能人才。
