| 摘 要： | 企业家的“乡绅化”被认为是导致英国衰落的原因之一。从“乡绅化”这一现象的历史渊源及英国历史上“乡绅化”的诸种表征着手，对英国“乡绅化”的内涵和影响进行了重新分析。
