| 摘 要： | 北京已经跨入高等教育普及化，在这种背景下，用高等教育普及化的视角来探究北京高职教育发展，特别是如何办出高职教育的特色是非常关切的问题。本文认为，北京高职教育办学特色，是高职教育规律与现实的使然，确立“终身、开放、服务、和谐”的办学理念是特色灵魂；健全的高职教育体系是特色的基础；专业建设是特色核心。
