| Abstract: | Russia has a special environment geographically,and unique historical development orbit,both of which have contributed to the forming of its unique political cultrue. Its political culture with Russia's characteristics has deeply influenced the Russian people's viewpoints of their life philosophy and social values. What's more,it has also produced a lasting effect on the making and carrying out of Russia's foreign policy. |
