| 摘 要： | 为了解北京地区涉外企业中对基层员工英语读写能力的需求,我们对北京地区有代表性的企业进行了调查。结果发现:英语读写能力在涉外企业中占有比较重要的位置;大多数企业要求基层员工有一定的英语读写能力,而企业反馈的信息是高职毕业的基层员工的读写能力有待提高。提出高职院校应及时调整教学模式,真正建立起以市场为导向,服务于地方经济的英语人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | A survey of demands of English reading and writing skills of the junior staffs in the enterprises concerning foreign affairs in Beijing is made in this thesis. From the survey we find that the ability of English reading and writing is crucial for a staff in the enterprises concerning foreign affairs in Beijing, and the fact is that the staff＇ s reading and writing ability is not satisfying and it is required to be improved in the future. |
