| Abstract: | By analyzing the charm of the role,reliability of the education,cohesion of the class and inspiring the lower proficient students, this article discussed the main embodiments of emotional effect and emphasized the importance of emotion in the class adviser' s work. Meanwhile, it was pointed out that the class adviser should study the students'thoughts and mood, insist on" touching the students with heart, persuading the students with reason". |
