| 摘 要： | 纯粹经济损失通常被认为是一种除对人身和财产的有形损害而造成的损失以外的其他经济上损失。该种损失能否在侵权法上获得救济涉及到多种政策因素。因此对于该种损失赔偿责任的判断应采用一种多因素考量方法。

| Abstract: | Generally the definition of pure economic loss is financial loss other than payment of money to compensate for physical injury to person or physical damage to property.Whether such loss can be relieved is related to many policy considerations.So a method involve various factors should be taken in the judgment about liability of pure economic loss. |
