| 摘 要： | 高校党组织是我国高等教育事业顺利发展的思想导向、政治保障和领导核心,创建学习型党组织是建设中国特色高等教育、履行和实现高校历史使命的必然要求。高校创建学习型党组织,需要在把握学习内容,明确学习目的的基础上,结合高校实际的教育教学和教育管理工作,形成正确的思路,探索具体的途径。
