| 摘 要： | 射弩是一项多个少数民族共有的传统体育项目，由于其鲜明的民族特性以及体育人口主要分布于少数民族地区，导致对射弩训练方法、手段的研究较其它体育项目相对滞后。本文将“表象训练法”运用于射弩训练中，采用数理统计和实验对比的方法，论证了“表象训练法”对射弩训练效果具有促进作用，以期探索一条将传统训练方法与现代心理训练相结合的新的途径。

| Abstract: | Cross-bow shooting is a traditional sports event shared by a couple of minority groups. Due to its distinctive national characters and the fact that its players mainly live in minority areas, the study on the training methods and means of cross-bow shooting fall relatively behind of other sports events. This paper discusses the application of image training methodology in the cross-bow training, and then demonstrates that this kind of training method can promote the training effects by applying the methods of mathematical statistics and experimental comparison, in the hope of seeking after a new approach to combining the methods of traditional training and modem psychological training. |
