| 摘 要： | 从实地调查所得资料的分析得出，劳动者的性别、年龄、文化程度等自身因素以及职业技能和从事的行业都是进城农民工收入水平的主要影响因素。通过利用方差分析法研究这些影响进城农民工收入的各个因素，初步探讨了各个影响因素对提高农民工收入的重要性。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the migrant workers＇ gender, age, education background, and the job they are taking, a conclusion can be drawn that all these factors play a significant role on their income. This thesis mainly discusses all these factors can affect their income by analyzing each factor individually with analysis of variance. |
