| Abstract: | The medium and small-sized enterprises in central and western regions of China play an important role in regional economic development. Difficulty in financing has been accompanied by the growth of the medium and small-sized enterprises. To resolve the difficult situation of financing, and promote the healthy development have become an important issue in the process of economic development in central and western regions. |
