| 摘 要： | 我国＂三农＂问题凸显,己经成为当代中国经济社会发展的＂三农难题＂,成为制约我国经济发展的一个瓶颈。把西部民族地区返乡农民工创业作为研究的切入点,以贵州省铜仁地区为例,分析铜仁地区农民工创业的现状、存在问题、机遇及作用,探索铜仁地区返乡农民工创业培训与发展的成功经验和黄英个案,提出进一步促进西部民族地区返乡农民工创业的对策。

| Abstract: | China＇s ＂three rural＂ issue highlighted in the late nineties of the last century has become the economic and social development of contemporary China＇s ＂three rural problems＂ and the constraints of a bottleneck in China＇s economic development.Taking home-going peasant-workers in western ethnic minority areas,Tongren City of Guizhou Province as an example,the paper analyzed the background,,problems,opportunities and roles of home-going peasant-workers.It also explored the successful enterprising training and development of home-going peasant-workers in Tongren,studied on Huang Ying case,and proposed to the countermeasures to promote the enterprising of home-going peasant-workers in western ethnic minority areas. |
