大学教师量化考核的弊端

摘    要:重点探讨了大学教师量化考核的弊端,指出:其本质违背了大学基本精神;其强制等价的荒谬性引发了教育理念的混乱;其粗浅性使大学管理弱智化;其功利性使教师庸俗化进而使学生将缺失高尚品德和精神;其个体性使教师自私钻营而不利于团队合作和学校长远发展。
