| 摘 要： | 本文从国内外教育改革的趋势和社会市场对人才的需求，阐述高职教育是社会经济发展的需要，提出发展高职教育以转变教育思想观念为先导，以适应市场需要来设置专业。在办学过程中，要正确处理好与普通高等教育的关系，要突出高职教育特色的观点。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the trend in educational reform home and abroad and the needs of human resources by the social market,states that higher vocational education is the requirement in the development of social economy,and brings forward that the change of educational concept and the setup of majors according to market needs are the precursor of the development of higher vocational education.In the course of school running the relationship of general higher education and higher vocational education should be properly dealt with and the special standpoint of higher vocational education should be extruded. |
