| 摘 要： | 追求教育公平是现代高等教育改革的目标,如何实现高等教育公平?从教学管理的角度出发,以尊重学生个性发展的学分制则是一种实现高等教育公平的制度安排。推行学分制,保证教育公平,符合“以人为本”的教育发展观。

From the reason of education management, respect for student personality development credit system is one of the ways to achieve higher education equity. We must precede credit system to keep education system equity, and it is the education development conception of "People Foremost". |
