| 摘 要： | 通过调查中医学专业传统班所培养的学生在临床实习中的质量,为进一步完善中医专业传统班人才培养模式,改革教学内容和课程体系收集反馈信息。以问卷和实习量化考核成绩分析为主要手段,以计数资料进行结果统计分析。培养对象即中医专业传统班经过实习的55名学生,实习量化考核成绩和带教教师评价均取得了较好的成绩,达到了培养模式的预期目标。开办中医专业传统班对创新中医人才培养模式,保持中医传统特色优势,培养高质量的传统中医药人才,造就新一代广西名中医均具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the students' qualities in Classical TCM Program; hence to continue to perfect the teaching model of the program; to reform the course design and teaching content; and to collect data for feedback. Method: Using surveys and quantifying the data of comprehensive examinations in the internship. Result: The 55 students of the program have made good results both in the comprehensive examinations of internships and the tutors' appraisal. The expected aims of this teaching model have been satisfactorily achieved. Conclusion: The final results of the investigation strongly suggest that the program is of significance to reform TCM teaching models; to preserve TCM features and advantages; and to cultivate high-quality TCM talents and a whole new generation of outstanding TCM doctors. |
