摘    要:强化大学生对伟大祖国的认同,对中华民族的认同,对中华文化的认同,对中国特色社会主义道路的认同,是高校辅导员必须认真思考的问题,本文以大学生"四个认同"教育为出发点,提出以政治理论水平提高为基本点,以科研能力培养为着力点,以树立终身学习理念为着手点,以沟通交流为着眼点,来进行辅导员能力优化。

Abstract:To strengthen their great motherland of identity,the Chinese nation’s approval,the identity of the Chinese culture to the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics identification,is the problem which college instructors must ponder over,the paper starts from the undergraduates "four identity" education,puts forward the political theory level for vertices,with scientific research ability training as points of life-long learning concept to the communication focus for instructors ability optimization.
