| 摘 要： | 成人高等教育的发展对教师的素质提出了更高的要求,教师不仅应具备扎实的理论功底、掌握先进的教学方法,更重要的是应具备较强的从事科学研究和将科研成果进行教学组织的能力。论文以旅游管理专业为例,从目的教学、研讨教学、现场教学、多媒体教学四个方面进行成人高等教育教法改革的探讨与实践。

| Abstract: | The adult higher education development proposed teachers' higher quality,the teachers should have the solid theory foundation, grasp advanced teaching method,especially they should have strong ability to engage in scientific research and carry out the research achievement in teaching. Taking tourism management specialty for example,this paper discussed and practised the teaching method innovation of adult higher education from four aspects:goal teaching,discussion teaching,scene teaching and multimedia teaching. |
