| 摘 要： | 在新时期下,大学生公寓文化正面临挑战。多元文化与社会主流文化价值之间的冲突、后勤社会化改革后企业属性与教育属性之间的矛盾冲突、管理目标上的冲突、公寓文化建设的重视程度不够等因素,是对大学生公寓文化形成挑战的主要因素。本文还就建设大学生公寓文化的途径,提出了自己的看法。

| Abstract: | Under new circumstances,the apartment culture is facing with challenge.The conflict of value between multi-culture and main social culture,the conflict of property between rear service social reform and education,conflict of managing aim,paying not enough attention to the construction of apartment culture,all above are major factors of the challenge.In this paper, the author put some suggestions of the way of constructing apartment culture in university. |
