人力资源管理:高校师资管理的重要理念

摘    要:面对全球经济一体化和知识经济时代,高等学校面临的竞争将更为激烈。高校的竞争最终是人才的竞争。高质量的人才培养需要有高素质的师资为保障。只有将人力资源理论引入师资管理当中,正视传统的师资管理与现代人力资源管理的差别,以教师为本,正视人的需要,正确看待人才的流动,实现师资管理模式由权利本位向人才本位的转变,才能提高高校的师资管理水平。

Abstract:With the advent of globalization and knowledge economy, Chinese universities and colleges are facing fiercer competition,which can be boiled down to the competition of talents, Only high-quality teacher resources can guarantee production of high-quality talents.In order to improve the management of college teacher resources,we need to execute in our management of teacher resources the theory of human resources,to face the gap between the traditional management of teacher resources and that of modern human resources,to treat talent flow as a human need,as well as to change management of teacher resources from power-centered to talent-centered.
