| Abstract: | This thesis firstly introduces the theory of IS09000 standard - theory of "four all" in management and PDCA circle, and analyses the advantages and disvantages of Teaching Quality; administration (TQA) in china ' s institution of higher learning (IHL) . The author proposes to apply the principles of IS09000 standard to china ' s IHL and modernize TQA in all aspects. |
